Het huis (twee-onder-één kap) is in 2023 gerenoveerd. De tuin ligt op het westen met vrij uitzicht en is afgezet met een afsluitbaar hek. Eten buiten, een boekje lezen in de hangstoel of even zonnen op de ligstoelen. Het kan allemaal. Er is plek voor 2 auto’s. In de schuur kunt u uw fietsen stallen. De woonkamer heeft openslaande deuren naar het overdekt terras. Boven zijn 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer. Het is gelegen op vakantiepark de Witte Raaf, dichtbij strand, duinen en bloemenvelden.
Good to know
The house (semi-detached) was renovated in early 2023. The garden faces west with unobstructed views and is fenced off with a lockable gate. Eat outside, read a book in the hanging chair or sunbathe on the deck chairs. It's all possible. There is room for 2 cars. You can park your bicycles in the shed. The living room has doors opening onto the covered terrace. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located on holiday park de Witte Raaf, close to the beach, dunes and flower fields. The living room has a sofa and armchairs for 6 around the smart TV. There are some games and toys in the cupboard. The room has patio doors to the cosy lit veranda, from these patio doors you can walk onto the terrace, which faces west. The garden is 450m2 and is fully enclosed with a fence, which can also be locked. There is a shed for your bicycles. There are 2 deck chairs, a 2-seater hanging chair and dining table in the garden. There is an open kitchen with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen has a nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand-blender, combi-oven with microwave function, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher and gas cooker. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans, etc. In the hall is a separate toilet and a closet with washing machine. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all with box springs. There you will also find the bathroom with toilet, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, walk-in shower, shower gel and shampoo. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided for each guest. For our little guests, there is a camp bed (bring your own bed linen), highchair, stair gate, wagon and (beach) toys available.

Bike rental is available across the entrance to our park, about 200 metres away. Our house is located near the dunes, beautiful beach, forests and flower fields of Noordwijk. It is located on holiday park de Witte Raaf, a spacious and green park about 2 kilometres north of the built-up area of Noordwijk. The park is secured with a barrier and there are 2 playgrounds for children. The dunes and forest are within 200 metres' walking distance. There are several restaurants and a playground within 300 metres' walking distance. The beach (exit 24) is 1.5 km away. This is about a 20-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride. It is a perfect base for a bike ride or walk. In spring, enjoy a lovely walk along the flower fields or towards Keukenhof. Many villages and towns are within cycling range. Even the start of an MTB trail is 500 metres away. Noordwijk aan Zee has a cosy Boulevard with many restaurants, coffee bars and trendy beach pavilions. Noordwijkerhout is also nearby and has a cosy centre with shops, restaurants and terraces around the white church.
